Upper arm lift

- An arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure to remove loose skin and excess fat deposits in the upper arm. In some cases Dr. Pullmann may suggest that liposuction be used alone or in conjunction with an arm lift to remove excess fat in the upper arms.

Sagged skin on the upper arms is comes with advanced age or often after massive weight loss. During consultation I will discuss this form of liposuction in detail before the surgery on account of the coherent scar.

The pathway of the scar extends from the armpit crease up to the elbow on the inside of the upper arm so that it remains invisible when the arms are next to the body.
