After his school days he studied human medicine at the universities Freiburg and Basel (Switzerland). Meeting famous medics in Europe he established already throughout his studies a widely ranged foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge in the sector of plastic surgery. He devoted himself to this field from early on. The intense education of Prof. Dr. Dr. Biemer, an internationally famous medic who teaches at the Technical University of Munich, was particularly instructive and concise during that time. Afterwards he substantiated his knowledge at various clinics and specialized himself increasingly in aesthetic plastic surgery.

Dr. Pullmann performed aesthetic plastic surgery under Dr. Witzel in the Havel Clinic in Berlin and under Dr. Ullman in the KOSMAS Clinic in Bad Neuenahr. His interest in international surgical standards brought him to England, France and Belgium, where he furthered his education under reputable experts. With great success he continued his education in the sector facelift, breast augmentation and liposuction. These are the surgeon’s specialties today. Before opening up his own practise Dr. Pullmann was employed for several years as a leading physician in a private clinic for cosmetic surgery in Hamburg. He spends lots of his spare time with his wife and his children as far as possible. The private Friedrich Pullmann also likes historical things: old-timer and chronographs excite him. Furthermore he enjoys well-written books, especially literature by Auster and Murakami inspires him.
